The ChaCha is a pull-on skirt with a non-roll elastic waistband and a double knife-pleat ruffle at the hem with each row going a different direction to create movement. The pocket in the back is discreetly hidden in the waistband seam (high enough so you won’t sit on your tees in the golf cart).
