It’s happened to all of us. You start your round with all the confidence of an adolescent peacock, tee up on the first hole, and drive the ball directly into the ground in front of the tee. You shake it off, declare a Mulligan (or not, there’s no judgement here!) and tee up again. You count backwards from 10, go through your pre-drive routine, take another swing… and top the ball.
